- Actions you take (e.g., product uploads, catalog edits, or organization invites)
- Diagnostic and performance information through PostHog and internal monitoring tools
c. Content You Upload
When you or your organization upload product or company information — such as product listings, images, specifications, or certifications — we store that data for the purpose of enabling catalog sharing and supply chain visibility.
This business and product information is not considered “personal data” but may still be subject to certain data protection obligations under applicable law.

- Provide, operate, and improve the Platform
- Authenticate and authorize users through Clerk
- Analyze usage trends and improve performance through PostHog
- Facilitate sharing of business and product data among authorized trading partners

We do not sell personal information.

- Within your organization: Data is visible to other members of your company workspace.

- With service providers: We use trusted third parties like Clerk (authentication) and PostHog (analytics) to process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

We operate globally, with data processed and stored primarily in the United States.

This use does not affect ownership of your intellectual property; it simply grants Around Trade the rights necessary to operate the Platform effectively.

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
